It would be easy they said, just a short video of 20-30 seconds. Easy indeed! As you and I both know, doing something professionally when you don't have the experience can be very challenging. That's why I started Remuneration & Reward. I'm here to partner with organisations, assisting them with some of the more challenging aspects of HR. Annual salary reviews, setting pay, organisation and job design, dashboards and analytics - all the fun stuff.

And so, because I'm not a professional film maker, this rookie cinematographer ended up with 12 takes of my introductory video due to two stock trucks, a helicopter coming and going, cars braking, one chirpy fantail, three motorcycles and one very chatty group of happy tourists walking past! But we got there in the end.
