This training is designed to build your capability to create 'fit for purpose' policies and practices enabling you to manage your remuneration and pay decisions with confidence.

1:1 Private Coaching
Ideal when you need to bounce concepts off someone else or sense check your understanding of a remuneration issue. One on one coaching enables you to build capability in remuneration and reward from a theoretical and practical perspective in a confidential, private and independent setting.
Suitable for anyone with remuneration responsibilities including business owners, Board Chairs, Directors, CEO's and the Executive and HR teams as well as for managers with remuneration responsibilities.
Charged on an hourly rate basis, $150 / hour + GST
Content will be based on the Remuneration Principles course but can be tailored to suit your specific needs
