Over the last 18 months I have had the great pleasure of supporting multiple teams complete their annual salary reviews. The work has ranged from large multi-entity organisations to public sector orgs and also Not for Profit entities.

While I have done a number of projects in this space, a 2026 project in a large organisation was a highlight. It resulted in a comprehensive report full of fascinating and actionable insights.
Using proprietary Remuneration & Reward analytical tools, the review was undertaken in 3 parts. Firstly, an overall remuneration analysis, secondly a gender pay equity analysis and the third part was a comprehensive pay equity audit.
Analysis across multiple variables created fascinating data insights. It revealed how P&C processes were actually operating across the organisation, leading to actionable next steps supported by data.
